Rebco Type 'A' Blind Box is a solid metal Tool used to jar obstructions downwards through the tubing string to a position where it can cause least inconvenience.
The Blind Box is also used as means of breaking the Wireline at the Rope Socket, thus allowing the Wireline to be retrieved with proper retrieving tools.
