Rebco Type 'A' Gauge Cutter is a 'Multi-Functional' Tool. It is used for removing paraffin, corrosion and any other foreign matter from the inside surface (ID) of the Tubing string. Also, it is used to gauge and tag any obstructions within the Tubing. Another common use is to find and tag Landing Nipples in the wells.
NOTE: It is recommended to run a Gauge Cutter before running sub-surface controls to ensure that the sub-surface controls will pass freely through the Tubing.
